On the opening speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Law Dr.H.I.Komang Suka’arsana., SH.,MH. Said that the Seminar of Awareness ISO 9001.2005 is Quality Management’s requirements to build Quality Awareness of civitas academica; to cultivate the spirit of sensitivity towards the sense of crisis and the sense of belonging, as well as to improve work motivation, to build a comprehensive understanding regarding International Quality Management ISO 9001-2015, its philosophy, its implementation, how to measure the effectiveness of its application and how the system can achieve the desired performance results.
The aims of the above event is in line with the Vision “To be the Faculty of Reliable and has International Standard”. So that to improve the quality and service management to students of the Faculty of Law with international standard becomes a necessity.
The target of application of Quality Management System one among others is to integrate the vision, mission and goal of the Faculty of Law with Quality system, to be easy to achieve. In the Quality Management System, quality that built will be a management tool of the faculty to oversee all efforts to achieve agreed performance targets as well as to create an evaluation mechanism and for periodic monitoring.
By the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015 is expected to benefit, externally, with this certification of ISO 9001-2015 there will be an international recognition regarding quality assurance management to improve competitive advantage both local and international on education, also to improve performance of the institution, market penetration and customer satisfaction. It is beneficial for the Faculty of Law which will follow the international education accreditation such as BAN-PT, AUN and other current accreditation that based on data completeness. Internally, having Quality Management System will improve efficiency and performance including evaluation and monitoring for both structural and functional positions.L@r.
