The Faculty of Law - Usakti held a National Seminar of the collaboration of the Criminal Law Section of the Faculty of Law - Usakti with MAHUPIKI themed: " Criminal Prostitution and Problems in its Law Enforcement " on August 1st, 2019 in 2nd floor of H Building, Prof. E. Suherman, SH Auditorium, Campus A, Trisakti University.
The event began with the signing of the Cooperation between the Center for Criminal Law Studies at the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University with the Criminal Law and Criminology Society (Mahupiki) which was signed by Dr. H I Komang Suka'arsana, SH., MH as Dean of the Faculty of Law - Trisakti University and Dr. Tongat, SH. MH.
On his speech, Dean of FH Usakti Dr. H. I Komang Suka'arsana, SH. MH said that it turns out that the crime of prostitution is also part of gratification, which as evidence of gratuity cannot be confiscated (because of humans), This is also a polemic among criminal experts and observers of this problem. From the point of view of justice, the examination is carried out carefully, taking into account the necessary principles but after the verdict, it still raises the remaining questions, which have never been revealed by service users.
The National Seminar was attended by Dr. Dian Adriawan.SH .MH as General Secretary of MAHUPIKI; Dr. Hj. Tri Sulistyowati, SH. MH as Vice Dean IV of FH – Usakti; Dr. Yenti Ganarsih. SH, MH, a lecturer who also Chairwoman of MAHUPIKI, students of Trisakti University, and practitioners in the legal field.
Speakers of the Seminar:

- Prof. Dr. M. Mustofa, MA (Criminal Prostitution and Law Enforcement Problems According to the Criminology Perspective of Law)
- Dr. Dewi Kunti, SH. MH (Criminal Prostitution from the Perspective of the Anti-Violence Bill)
- Dr. Tongat, SH. MH (Criminal Responsibility of Users of Prostitution Services).
It is expected that with this seminar will make additional knowledge and insight for the participants. Hopefully they can contribute further actions for law enforcement in prostitution crime in the future.
